New Era for Employee Perks

Gone are the days when companies only offer insurance and a 401k as part of their benefit package. Due to the shift in work culture, many organizations are changing their game plan when it comes to employee perks. Companies now routinely offer a health fitness reimbursement plans, college tuition reimbursement, trainings and certifications as well as onsite child care.


Geoffrey Fowler outlines here, the new employee perks and how that is changing the way companies do business.

What employee perks are important to you? Does you company offer those perks? If given the opportunity, would you go with a company with more perks but a salary that was slightly less that what you are making now?
