Can Less Face Time Equal More Productivity?

Read the article summarizing the ROWE flextime study, here.  What are your thoughts?  Do you like the idea of flextime? Have you every had a position with a company with flextime options? If so, did it work?  Do you feel you were more or less productive and or motivated.
